We are now accepting applications for various scholarships for privately funded international students for the Reiwa 8 (2026) academic year.

Note: The form can only be filled out during the application period.
Please send any supporting documents other than the application form to the Diversity Center staff via individual Teams chat during the application period.

<Eligibility Requirements>
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions (1)–(6):
(1) Must be a regular international student enrolled in an undergraduate program (excluding graduate school) or a junior college division.
(2) Must have a GPA of 2.70 or higher from the previous academic year (GPA will be calculated using the JASSO method).
※For new first-year students, please refer to the academic transcript from the most recent school graduated in your home country.
(3) Applicants who are currently receiving or planning to receive scholarships from other organizations, either in Japan or overseas, are not eligible for this scholarship.
(4) Applicants for the Saga Prefecture scholarship must, in principle, have a strong intention to work for a company in Saga Prefecture or start a business there after graduation.
(5) Must engage in part-time work in compliance with immigration laws and the university’s rules.
※Students who have previously exceeded permitted working hours will have points deducted during the selection process.
(6) Must have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 level.
