10月25日（土）、メートプラザ佐賀において、佐賀県が2025年度から開始した県内留学生就職支援事業「サガシルグローバル」の第2弾として、マッチングに特化したプログラムが開催されました

　当日は、短期大学部の多文化コース2年生3名、1年生6名、食健康コース1年生1名、計10名のミャンマー出身留学生が参加しました。

　異文化の背景から、多くの留学生が日本独自の就職活動に十分慣れておらず、今回の企業説明会を通じて、日本企業への就職を希望・必要とする1年生の留学生たちも、自らの視点で意見や感想を述べ、さまざまな気づきや学びを得たようです。

・THAR ZINSOE（ター ゼィン ソー）さん
私は飲食店についての会社、自動車教習所についての会社とホテルについての会社2つの面談会を受けました。面談を通して、接客やおもてなしの大切さを学びました。あとは日本の会社の就職活動や手続きについても学ぶことができました。多くの会社の話を聞くことで自分の将来について考えるきっかけになりました。とても勉強になりました。

・HLA HLA MOE（ラー ラー モー）さん

企業説明会を通して、留学生として就職活動に役立つ多くの情報を得ることができました。特に、自分がどのような資格を取得・準備すべきかを知ることができ、今後の進路を考える上で非常に参考になりました。

・HTET HTET MAR（テ テ マー）さん
会社説明会では、いろいろな企業について知ることができて、とても良い経験になりました。これまで私は、卒業後にどの会社に入ればいいのかはっきりせず、少し不安でした。でも、説明会に参加して、自分がやりたい仕事を見つけることができました。その仕事に就くためには、必要なスキルを今から少しずつ準備しなければと思いました。将来の目標が少し明確になり、参加して本当に良かったと思います。
 

　最後になりましたが、このたび、さが外国人材雇用サポートセンターの皆様をはじめ、多くの企業関係者や学校関係者の皆様と交流の機会をいただき、このような貴重な場を設けていただきましたことに、心より感謝申し上げます

 

　On Saturday, October 25, the second phase of Saga Prefecture’s employment support program for international students, "Saga-Shiru Global," which started in fiscal year 2025, was held at MATE Plaza Saga. This program focused on improving matching between students and companies.

　On that day, a total of 10 Myanmar international students from the Junior College participated: three second-year students and six first-year students from the Multicultural Course, and one first-year student from the Food and Health Course.

　Due to cultural differences, many international students are not yet fully accustomed to Japan’s unique job-hunting process. Through this company briefing session, first-year students who wish or need to work for Japanese companies were able to share their opinions and impressions from their own perspectives, gaining various insights and learning experiences.

　The following are comments from the participants

• THAR ZIN SOE
  I attended interviews with companies in the restaurant, driving school, and hotel industries. Through these meetings, I learned the importance of customer service and hospitality. I also learned about Japanese job-hunting procedures and requirements. Listening to the information from multiple companies gave me an opportunity to think about my future. It was very educational.

• HLA HLA MOE
  Through the company briefing session, I was able to obtain a lot of useful information for job hunting as an international student. In particular, I learned what qualifications I need to acquire and what preparations I should make, which will be extremely helpful as I plan my future career path.

• HTET HTET MAR
  The company briefing session allowed me to learn about various companies, which was a very valuable experience. Until now, I was unsure about which company I should join after graduation, and I felt a bit anxious. However, after participating in the session, I was able to identify the type of work I want to do. I realized that I need to start preparing the necessary skills little by little to achieve that goal. My future objectives have become a bit clearer, and I am really glad I participated.
