令和７年度永原学園西九州大学短期大学部留学生向け奨学金支給式 The 2025 Scholarship Award Ceremony for International Students Nagahara Gakuen Nishikyushu University Junior College
2025年9月19日（金）、令和7年度 永原学園西九州大学短期大学部において、留学生向け奨学金支給式が開催されました
本年度は、JASSO2025年度留学生受入れ促進プログラム奨学金を、本学の地域生活支援学科多文化コース2年の LE PHUONG THAOさん（ベトナム出身） と LAE LAE WINさん（ミャンマー出身） の2名が受給しました。
また、永原学園佐賀県外国人留学生奨学金給付事業補助金は、同コース2年生から6名（DAU THI LANさん/ベトナム出身、EAINT THINZAR MONさん/ミャンマー出身、MYA EI THYAR THINさん/ミャンマー出身、MYINT THEINGI CHOさん/ミャンマー出身、NANG PHYU PHYU LWINさん/ミャンマー出身、NAN YOON THIRI HTIKEさん/ミャンマー出身）、1年生から1名（KYI PYAR ZAWさん/ミャンマー出身）、合計7名に授与されました。
さらに、佐賀市留学生奨学金は、同コース2年生から3名（WAI HLYAN HEIN PYAEさん、HTET SHWE YI PHYOさん、CHAN MYAE THUさん／いずれもミャンマー出身）、1年生から3名（MAY LE WINさん、YADANAR KHIN TUNさん、HTET HTET MARさん／いずれもミャンマー出身）、合計6名に授与されました。
式では、福元理事長をはじめ関係者の皆さまから、奨学金の意義や留学生への期待、そして温かい激励の言葉が贈られました。続いて、多文化コース2年生の LAE LAE WINさん が奨学生を代表し、奨学金によって学業に専念できる環境が整ったことへの感謝を述べるとともに、日本の文化や社会を学び、自国との交流をさらに深めていく意欲を力強く表明しました。
奨学生の皆さん、このたびの採用、誠におめでとうございます。皆さんの未来が輝かしいものになるよう、応援しています。

On Friday, September 19, 2025, the Scholarship Award Ceremony for International Students of Nagahara Gakuen Nishikyushu University Junior College (Academic Year Reiwa 7) was held.
This year, the JASSO 2025 Student Exchange Support Program (Scholarship for Short-Term Study in Japan) was awarded to two second-year students in the Department of Community Life Support, Multicultural Course: Ms. Le Phuong Thao (from Vietnam) and Ms. Lae Lae Win (from Myanmar).
In addition, the Nagahara Gakuen Saga Prefecture Scholarship Subsidy Program for International Students was awarded to seven students: six second-year students — （Ms. Dau Thi Lan ,Ms. Eaint Thinzar Mon , Ms. Mya Ei Thyar Thin ,Ms. Myint Theingi Cho , Ms. Nang Phyu Phyu Lwin , Ms. Nan Yoon Thiri Htike /from Myanmar) — and one first-year student, （Ms. Kyi Pyar Zaw /from Myanmar).
Furthermore, the Saga City Scholarship for International Students was awarded to six students: three second-year students — Mr. Wai Hlyan Hein Pyae, Ms. Htet Shwe Yi Phyo, and Ms. Chan Myae Thu (all from Myanmar) — and three first-year students — Ms. May Le Win, Ms. Yadanar Khin Tun, and Ms. Htet Htet Mar (all from Myanmar).
At the ceremony, Chairperson Fukumoto and other distinguished guests delivered warm words of encouragement, emphasizing the significance of the scholarships and their expectations for the students. Following this, Ms. Lae Lae Win, a second-year student in the Multicultural Course, gave a speech on behalf of the scholarship recipients, expressing her gratitude for being able to devote herself to her studies thanks to the scholarship, as well as her strong determination to learn more about Japanese culture and society and to further deepen exchanges between Japan and her home country.
To all the scholarship recipients, congratulations on being selected. We sincerely support your bright future and wish you every success in your endeavors.
