令和8年7月24日（金）、本学が留学生就職支援で連携しているアールアドバンス株式会社 代表取締役・綾戸高志社長にご来訪いただき、多文化コース・食健康コースの1年生48名を対象に、恒例の留学生向けキャリアセミナーを開催しました✨
今回のセミナーでは、留学生が日本で就職活動を進めるうえで大切なポイントについて、具体的な事例を交えながら分かりやすくご講話いただきました😊
📝 技術・人文知識・国際業務（技人国）ビザの概要や、日本語能力の重要性📚、企業が留学生に期待することなど、実際の就職活動に役立つ内容が紹介され、参加した学生たちは熱心に耳を傾けていました✨
質疑応答では、就職活動への疑問や不安について多くの質問が寄せられ、講師との活発なやり取りを通して、学生たちは理解をより深めることができました。

On Friday, July 24, 2026, we held our annual Career Seminar for International Students for 48 first-year students in the Multicultural Course and the Food & Health Course. The seminar was delivered by Mr. Takashi Ayato, President and CEO of R Advance Co., Ltd., a company that collaborates with our college in supporting the employment of international students in Japan.
During the seminar, Mr. Ayato explained the key points that international students should understand when seeking employment in Japan, using practical examples to make the content easy to understand. 😊
📝 Topics included an overview of the Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services (E/S/H/IS) visa, the importance of Japanese language proficiency 📚, and what Japanese companies expect from international employees. The seminar provided practical advice for job hunting in Japan, and the students listened attentively throughout the session. ✨
During the Q&A session, many students raised questions and shared their concerns about job hunting in Japan. Through the lively discussion with the speaker, they were able to deepen their understanding and gain valuable insights.
