令和8年4月14日（火）、公益財団法人井内財団の代表理事・井内様、事務局長・桐原様、井内盛英堂部長（井内財団職員兼務）の垣谷様が来訪されました。

　井内財団は、ミャンマーからの留学生支援を通じて、同国の発展に寄与するとともに、我が国との友好・親善の促進および人類福祉に貢献する人材の育成と相互理解の深化を目的とされています。その取り組みの一つとして、留学生への奨学金給付事業を行っており、本学の留学生もそのご支援を受けております

　当日は、本学より福元学長、上野副学長、馬場介護コース主任、吉村教員が出席し、意見交換を行いました。

　また、1年生の歓迎・お祝いの場であるとともに、2年生との親睦も深まり、大変有意義な交流の機会となりました。参加した学生にとっては、新しい環境への緊張も自然とほぐれ、安心して交流を深めることができる貴重な時間となり、今後の学生生活への期待も一層高まる機会となりました

　On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, Ms. Iuchi, Representative Director of the Iuchi Foundation, Mr. Kirihara, Secretary General, and Mr. Kakitani, General Manager of Inai Seieido (also serving as a staff member of the Iuchi Foundation), visited our university.

　The Iuchi Foundation aims to foster human resources who contribute to the development of Myanmar, promote friendship and goodwill between Myanmar and Japan, and advance the welfare of humanity, through its support for international students from Myanmar. As part of these efforts, the foundation provides scholarships to international students, and students at our university have also benefited from this support.

　On the day of the visit, President Fukumoto, Vice President Ueno, Ms. Baba, Head of the Care Course, and Mr. Yoshimura, faculty member, attended and engaged in an exchange of opinions.

　In addition, the event served as both a welcome and celebration for first-year students, while also deepening friendships with second-year students, making it a highly meaningful opportunity for communication. For the participating students, it became a valuable time in which their initial tension in a new environment naturally eased, allowing them to interact with a sense of comfort and further enhancing their expectations for their future student life.
