令和7年7月11日（金）アールアドバンス株式会社 代表取締役・綾戸高志先生にご来訪いただき、本学の多文化コース、食健康コース、幼児保育学科の1年生49名を対象に、外国人留学生向けキャリアセミナーを開催しました

　今回のセミナーでは、留学生の就職活動における現状や重要なポイントについて、具体的な事例を交えながらわかりやすくご講話いただきました。実践的で現場に即した内容に、参加した学生たちも大変関心を持って聴講していました

多くの参加者にとって、日本での就職活動に対する理解がさらに深まる貴重な機会となり、今後の進路をより現実的に考えるきっかけにもなりました。質疑応答の時間には、学生たちから活発な質問が寄せられ、双方向のやり取りを通じて理解が一層深まった様子がうかがえました。

On Friday, July 11, 2025, Mr. Takashi Ayato, President and CEO of R-Advance Co., Ltd., visited our university and delivered a career seminar for international students, attended by 49 first-year students from the Multicultural Course, the Food and Health Course, and the Early Childhood Education Department.

In this seminar, Mr. Ayato provided a clear and practical lecture on the current situation of job hunting for international students in Japan, as well as key points for success, incorporating concrete case examples. The session was highly engaging, and the students listened with great interest.

For many participants, this seminar served as a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of job hunting in Japan and to start thinking more realistically about their future career paths. During the Q&A session, students actively asked questions, and the interactive dialogue helped further enhance their understanding.

We sincerely thank President Ayato for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit us. We greatly appreciate his continued support for the career development of our international students.
